IP'd by a cheater

Hey i got ip banned by the admin "spectral". we agreed to a box stake no prayers, no overloads, and no rings. We started to fight and i noticed that he was leeching my stats. I ran and called him out on it. He then said he would turn them off and we rm'd. Part way through the fight his hp went back up, just like it does when your overload wears off. I have a video of the conversation afterwards. If a owner/co owner reads this post a reply and i will send you my skype so that way i can share the video with you. Thanks
